SACRAMENTAL PROGRAMME 2022
First Reconciliation, Confirmation
and First Holy Communion

Registration Forms are available from the Parish Office. Year 4 students at St Joseph’s School have already received them – please check your child’s bag.

Please note, sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 6.30pm.

Requirements:

• Sacramental Programme – Child MUST be 8 years or older at the time of registration.
• Attend the Orientation Night – Attend either 27 or 28 July at 6pm in the Parish Hall.
• Certificate of Baptism – The Certificate of Baptism is necessary unless your child was baptised at St Joseph’s Parish, Takapuna.
• Other details about the Programme will be discussed during the Orientation Night. it is important you attend one of these sessions.
• Return the completed form to the Parish Office (weekdays between 9.30am –2.30pm) by June 30th, 2022.
