You will be sent an email from the website with a special link for you to use to re-enter your enrolment form to complete it.

Items marked with an asterisk are mandatory questions. You will need to bring copies of your documents to the school to complete the enrolment process.
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a copy of it via email for your records.
