Dear Parents

We’ve had a lovely year 3 – 6 Athletics Day on the Rosmini field. Perfect weather for the children to enjoy participating in the various activities. It was lovely to see so many parents supporting the children. Our thanks to Rosmini for sharing their field and for supporting us with this event.

Last Friday evening our choir performed at the Carmel College Evening Market. They did themselves and their parents proud. They were fine representatives of our school community singing their Christmas carols for all the people attending the market. A wonderful performance.

Just a friendly reminder that all parents are expected to wait with their children until 8:15 am, by the church or in their car, in the morning. The school opens at 8:15 am at which time a duty teacher will cross the car park and meet the children outside the church. There are a number of children being left too early by their parents and the children are then unsupervised. They are too young to be left playing in a carpark. We appreciate that parents like to get to work hence why we open the school early at 8:15am.  Plus, we have the sKids child care service available on site which you can book in for if you do need to drop your children off prior to 8:15am. Please do not drop your child off early.

Also, please keep an eye on the school calendar as we have a busy end of year. It is great the sun is shining and all going well we won’t have too many more ‘wet day’ finishes.

We will be holding our last open hour for signing of preference forms for the year on Tuesday, 25th November 2025 from 10:00am -11:00am in the St. Joseph’s parish office.
